Our services include airport meet & greet, group tours, spouse programs, entertainment, themed receptions and dinners, team building programs and complete VIP services for corporations, associations, incentive travel and non-profit institutions. We operate out of our headquarters location in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, and maintain a satellite on-site office at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel.
As a professional DMC and member of ADME – the Association of Destination Management Executives – we possess extensive local knowledge and resources, and are experts in the venues and services available for group activities. We partner with our clients to achieve their business objectives by incorporating the most exciting locations and elements that reflect the distinct character of Philadelphia.
GEP Philly is actively involved in both the Philadelphia community and the hospitality industry. Members of GEP Philly’s staff serve on numerous association and CVB boards, and participate in other industry-related organizations, keeping us up-to-date on the latest trends in event planning, new technologies, and the most efficient administration of event design and execution.
