National Harbor, Maryland was proud to host city for an Annual Healthcare Event that held two “Gala” nights. GEP Washington partnered with the client for what they claimed to be one of their most successful events ever!
On August 1st, GEP Washington proposed the theme “D.C. through the Decades” and provided décor, buffet arrangements, a DJ, sheer overlays, photo stations with green screens/on-site printing/background options, Uncle Sam on stilts and a Drum and Fife Trio. To kick-off the event, Uncle Sam greeted guests and escorted them in to the ballroom. Uncle Sam then proceeded to start the evening by line dancing on the dance floor. The group loved the photo stations and everyone had a wonderful evening.
On August 2nd, the theme “Glitz and Glam at the Rainbow Room” was proposed. This was a new theme for GEP Washington and it was executed flawlessly! Décor including NYC skyline window panes, a recreation of the round dance floor, a huge chandelier and wonderful lounge and bars we used to create the theme. Added enhancements were table centerpieces, boas and pearls, linens in red and black velvet, as well as the headline entertainment – Big Band Variety Show by Doc Scantlin.
