For this two day program GEP provided a comfortable setting for a construction demonstration followed by a full filled night at a Casino.
The day’s events started with a shuttle service to the event site. Once arriving on-site, guest were offered a buffer lunch (set-up in the lunch tent) and a chance to sample an array of beverages at the bar which was left open throughout the construction demonstration. As guests moved from the lunch tent to the presentation tent, guests were lead to a bleacher seating area allowing for ample viewing during the demonstration.
The day’s events concluded with an eventful casino night, at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott. Upon arrival guests were handed Funny Money for their playing pleasure, which they later could exchange for casino-style chips. With a room full Blackjack, Texas-Hold Em, Craps and Roulette tables who would not have a good time betting with fake money. The evening concluded with raffle prize winnings, given out to those guests who had collected the largest amount of red raffle tickets by playing the vareity of games being offered.
This stunning event earned GEP Philadelphia a coveted ISES Liberty award for Corporate/Public Events which was given to the creator of the best corporate, association, public, or nonprofit event by a special event planner, meeting planner, facility venue planner, or exposition service manager. The team was thrilled to be given such an honor.
