I recently had a group of 52 guests stay at the Reef Atlantis. The group was made up of our cream of the crop – District and General Managers from across our company along with our Senior VP of Business Groups, COO and CEO. During our stay, we utilized GEP Bahamas for our arrival and departure transfers, décor/entertainment at our welcome function and to coordinate a sunset sail for the group. The service we received from GEP – from the planning stages to the fulfillment of the trip – was top of the line. Every experience I had with GEP Bahamas was courteous and professional, and I felt very well taken care of (as did our guests). I would recommend GEP to anyone who was visiting the Bahamas, especially to groups that would be visiting the Atlantis. I think that the outstanding service we received from the staff of GEP and the Atlantis complimented one another, and I am truly looking forward to working with this amazing group on once again our trip in May 2011.

At last years IT & ME trade show in Chicago I was excited to hear that GEP was now working in the Bahamas, I also learned that Marlene Jacoby was working with GEP Bahamas. Marlene and I had worked together in the past and she had done such a great job, so I knew I was making the right decision. I cannot tell you enough what a wonderful job everyone did. I was really blown away on how great everyone worked together and the communication they had with me and their own staff. It was refreshing to work with people that seemed to enjoy their job. Also I’ve never worked a smoother group departure, they were so organized it was a huge relieve for me. I can honestly tell you that I will not work with any other DMC in the Bahamas except GEP, and I will also pass the word around that you can now take a group there and you will receive excellent service. A huge thank you to all of the GEP Bahamas staff on a job well done!
