Andy Gladstone, DMCP, was the owner of Show Me Arizona for 20 years, the recognized DMC leader of creative events and flawless execution in Arizona. Joining the GEP Arizona team, Andy brings the experience of running the state’s most respected DMC. His new responsibilities include the implementation of continuous improvement programs – focusing on education and training, as well as new product development with vendors. Andy represents GEP Arizona in all of their industry associations and organizations.
Debbie Gladstone, President, handles the development of GEP Arizona’s corporate image. She directs and maintains sales & marketing, as well as nurture excellent client relationships. Debbie is a team player and can also be found assisting in operations and sales as needed.
Francine Genthe, Director of Operations, manages the operations department for GEP Arizona. Francine has spent the past 11 years working in the Destination Management industry starting as a sales assistant. Once she transferred to operations, Francine worked her way up to Director of Operations. She works closely with each program’s Account Executive in the coordination of all programs and also manages the hiring and scheduling of on-call staff. Francine possesses a positive, low key attitude coupled with a strong work ethic that contributes greatly to the success of all GEP Arizona programs.
Terrance Ragains joined GEP Arizona as an Account Executive trainee. During this process he gathered hands-on experience in all program areas, assisting in both operations and sales. He is now an Account Executive managing programs throughout Arizona. Terrance has had a passion for hospitality from the beginning of his career by graduating from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant management. Terrance is a 3rd generation Arizona native, a former college basketball player, and enjoys coaching basketball during his down-time.
