GEP Arizona is a full service destination management company, specializing in Corporate and Incentive programs in the state of Arizona.

Our commitment to total quality is illustrated in every step of the program developmental and operational stages. Beginning with our first contact, GEP Arizona will spend the time necessary to create, manage and operate the perfect program for your organization. You will be shown a variety of venues, activities, printed material and videotape to ensure a thorough understanding of all events associated with the program. All details and final costing are confirmed in the contract and verified again at the Pre-Convention meeting. As desired, final “walk-through” will be provided to all key staff members of your organization.

Every GEP Arizona program is staffed by our experienced, friendly and uniformed personnel. Additionally, the Account Executive and Operations Manager are involved in all aspects of the operation. Whether it is dispatching motor coaches or advancing events, you will always have a member of the GEP Management team to coordinate the pre-arranged activities and handle those last minute changes.

Realizing that communication is crucial during a multi-faceted program, we make ourselves available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. By using cellular phones, radios and a responsive phone service, our office never “closes!” We welcome challenging opportunities to show you what we can do and pride ourselves on accommodating even the most unusual requests.
