The Omni Hotel & Resorts announced their new mobile app. In partnership with eMarketing360, the new app creates a new communication channel with meeting planners and hotel staff during meetings & conventions at the hotel’s properties. The app is an Omni-specific version of the eMarketing360′s iMeetingPlanner Mobile Tool (available for iPads).
The app allows planners to expedite activities such as menu and floor plan reviews to session changes and environmental requests. The tool is loaded with details about the specific meeting the planner is working on, including BEOs, agendas and interactive floor plans. The app has already been released in some properties, and will be dispersed across all Omni Hotels and Resorts by the start of 2013.
