It looks to be a trend that’s here to stay – mobile food trucks. From bbq to cupcakes, cubans to gourmet popsicles, food trucks offer a world of possibilities in a wide range of locations. Most major cities across the US have embraced the food truck movement – Atlanta to Philadelphia, DC to Miami – these popular restaurants on the go have developed quite the following.
GEP Philly partnered with a food truck to help a client’s marketing efforts during the RIMS Conference in April. Here are Lisa and Danielle doing a “site visit” (aka lunch) to the food truck – with puppy in tow.
